When you earn rewards through leader board rankings, City War fights or other special circumstances, rewards will be sent to your Mail. You can claim your rewards up to 14 days after receiving the mail after which the mail will automatically be deleted even if you did not claim your items within the time period. When you fight in City War you will also receive a report of every fight during the battle. These reports are found at the REPORT section. Reports expire after 24 hours after which they will be automatically be deleted from your inbox. If you want to save a mail or report you can do so by selecting it first and when opened click the Favourite button. This will send it to your Favourite inbox, keep in mind that this inbox has limited space and only a few reports can be saved.
